ESG Statement

Komtur integrates environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and strong governance into daily operations and long-term planning. We align with the United Nations Global Compact and the Sustainable Development Goals, focusing on health and well-being, gender equality, decent work and growth, climate action, and partnerships.

Objectives and Actions at a Glance:

  • Environment: reduce greenhouse gas intensity relative to revenue within five years, work toward zero waste to landfill, increase sustainable materials in packaging, and implement a Group Environmental Policy
  • Social: increase representation of women in managerial roles toward a 50% target by 2030, support local community projects through employee volunteering, strengthen supply chain due diligence, and begin formal pay gap analysis
  • Innovation and Education: advance sustainable technologies and practices and provide ongoing employee training
  • Governance and Transparency: publish annual sustainability reporting, set internal sustainability governance, and maintain a Data Management Policy for privacy and security

What We Do Not Publish

To protect partners, patients, and operations we do not post SOPs, floorplans, network diagrams, validation reports, alarm limits, temperature setpoints, or shipment lane data. These are available during audits or under NDA.
