Regulatory pathways:
Managed Access, Early Access, Compassionate Use, and Named Patient routes are subject to local laws and authority decisions. Program participation is governed by sponsor criteria and applicable regulations.
Quality & licensing:
QP release, Importer of Record, controlled substances handling, and Direct-to-Site or Direct-to-Patient delivery are provided where permitted and where applicable, and may require additional licences or approvals.
Patient Support Programs:
PSPs are non-promotional and do not replace medical advice. Clinical decisions remain with healthcare professionals. Financial assistance is offered only where permitted by law and subject to eligibility and anti-inducement rules.
Data protection:
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR; HIPAA where relevant) and program-specific consents.

Logistics, temperature bands, and timelines depend on product characteristics, availability, permits, and carrier performance. Controls are in place to minimise risk, but risk cannot be eliminated entirely.
