Event in Warsaw bringing together academic, medical and industry experts to discuss breakthrough therapies

Representatives of Komtur Polska participated in a scientific meeting in Warsaw titled “Science that saves lives. How are breakthrough therapies created?”, focused on gene therapies and RNA-based technologies.
The event featured Prof. Victor Ambros, Nobel Prize laureate in Physiology or Medicine, who shared insights into the translation of scientific discovery into therapies used in clinical practice.
The meeting was organised by Łazarski University in collaboration with AGO Alliance Poland, a non-profit organisation supporting the development of gene therapies through international scientific cooperation.
Komtur supported the event as a main sponsor, contributing to a discussion that brought together academic, medical and industry perspectives around a shared objective: advancing innovative therapies for patients.
Participation in initiatives of this kind reflects Komtur’s continued engagement in areas such as gene therapy and advanced treatments, where collaboration across research, clinical and access environments remains essential.
